Watch how HULONG builds scooters — from the factory floor to finished products.
These two videos show how HULONG SPORTS builds scooters. The Factory Tour walks through our 24,000 m² self-owned factory in Yongkang, Zhejiang — injection molding, robotic welding, spray coating and assembly lines running under one roof. The Product Video looks at finished scooters up close: frame materials, folding mechanisms, wheels and braking details from the current range.
HULONG SPORTS is a kick scooter manufacturer founded in 1994. Our factory produces up to 3,000,000 units a year across 105+ models — adult and kids kick scooters, stunt scooters, electric and sharing e-scooters, dirt scooters and waveboards. Products are certified to EN 71, ASTM F963, EN 14619 and RoHS, and we export to more than 20 countries for retail, private-label and OEM/ODM programs.
