Q: Are you a factory or a trading company? Can we visit your factory for audit?

A: We are a real manufacturer with our-own factory, not a trading company. Zhejiang Hulong Industry & Trade Co., Ltd. was founded in 1994 in Yongkang, Zhejiang — China’s renowned hardware capital. Our self-owned factory covers 24,000 ㎡, with an annual production capacity of 3 million scooters. Factory visits are all warmly welcomed.

Q: What certifications do your scooters hold? Will there be customs clearance issues for export shipments?

A: Our scooters are certified to EN71, ASTM F963, EN14619, EN62115 and RoHS. Our factory has obtained ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 system certifications, and has passed BSCI and SMETA (Sedex 4P) social compliance audits.

Q: Which brand customers have you supplied for?

A: We have established long-term supply partnerships with well-known brands including WALMART (USA), Argos (UK), TESCO (UK), Carrefour (France) and BIG W (Australia).

Q: What product ranges do you manufacture?

A: We offer 5 main product categories with over 80 SKUs: 3-wheel kids scooters (TC series), balance bikes (BB series), city & adult scooters (P series), electric scooters (K series) and stunt scooters.

Q: Can you provide samples? What is the sample lead-time?

A: Samples are available upon request. Sample lead-time is 15-30 days, subject to tooling requirements and custom design. Optional note: Sample cost will be charged and sample freight is on buyer’s account.

Q: What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

A: Our standard MOQ for OEM custom orders is 1000 units. For our existing standard models without custom logo printing, smaller trial orders are negotiable.

Q: Do you support OEM and ODM services?

A: Yes. OEM & ODM custom manufacturing is our core competence. We can customize logos, colours, graphics and packaging. Structural modification and new-mould development are also available. Our in-house R&D team supports the full workflow from concept design to mass production, so you only need to work with one single supplier.

Q: What is your bulk-order lead-time?

A: Normally bulk production takes 45 days after order confirmation and receipt of deposit. Exact lead-time depends on order quantity and customization requirements. We complete injection moulding, metal processing, welding, spraying and assembly in-house, without relying on external subcontractors.
